Who we are

Epona Solutions Ltd, United Kingdom, provides Beamward under the Z4P games label. Contact info@epona-solutions.ltd.uk for support or privacy questions. This notice covers the current mobile game, the Z4P website and support enquiries. Epona Solutions Ltd is the data controller. It is registered in England and Wales, company no. 07763561, and its registered office is 2b Gaol Street, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6AQ.

Game progress

Campaign checkpoints, Voyage expeditions, local records, collections, achievements and audio or haptic settings are saved in the game's local storage. Beamward does not upload those saves to a game-operated cloud service or send us a history of your flights. No game account is required.

Your operating system may back up application data according to your device settings. Removing the app or clearing its data can remove local progress. We cannot retrieve a save stored only on your device.

Stores and private testing

Beamward is a paid game. Apple and Google handle their own store accounts, access, transactions and refunds under their privacy policies; internal testers may be granted test access by the store. We do not receive payment-card details.

The current Android private-test build has optional in-game purchasing disabled. Where store purchase information exists in another build, the app uses it to recognise ownership and support restoration. Android can keep a signed purchase receipt in storage excluded from normal application backup.

Apple processes TestFlight feedback and crash reports, and Google processes Play testing and diagnostic information according to your store settings. Information you choose to submit may be shared with us to investigate a problem.

This website

Cloudflare hosts z4p.app and processes network information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect it. The site serves its own images, video and stylesheet. We do not add advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or analytics cookies.

When you contact us

We receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer the enquiry, investigate the issue and handle related follow-up. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, handle related follow-up or meet legal record-keeping requirements.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, restrict its use, object where applicable, or obtain a portable copy where that right applies. Email info@epona-solutions.ltd.uk. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data protection authority.
