Reporting a problem

Include your device model, operating-system version, Beamward build number and the world you were playing. Describe what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot can help.

Please leave out passwords, payment-card details and private information visible in other apps.

Progress and offline play

The game saves campaign progress, expedition state, records and preferences on your device. It includes its gameplay assets for offline play. There is no Beamward account or game-operated cloud-save service; your device may make backups under its own settings.

Deleting the app or clearing its data can remove progress. We cannot recover a save that has not been sent to us or retained by your device.

Purchases and test access

Beamward is a paid game currently in private testing. Apple or Google controls tester access and handles its own store accounts, payments and refunds. Play internal testers can receive test access without being charged; this does not make the public game free.

The current Android private-test build has optional in-game purchasing disabled. If a store purchase needs investigating, tell us which store you used and what its purchase history shows. Do not send payment-card details.
